This Didn't Start as a Business. It Started as a Belief.

The belief that high-earning professionals deserve better than hype, better than pressure, and better than figuring it out alone.

    Roger's Story

For most of my career, I was the person in the room who made things happen for everyone else. I built sales teams. I launched brands. I helped other people grow their businesses and hit their numbers.

But when it came to my own financial future, I realized I was doing what most high earners do: performing well, investing passively, and hoping the math would work out.

It wasn't until I started buying real estate — first a long-term rental, then a short-term rental that became a Superhost property, then a portfolio — that I understood what real financial independence felt like. Not wealth on paper. Wealth that worked without me.

I built Burnett Property Group in 2008. I've been operating since. And everything I learned about what works (and what doesn't) is now the foundation of The RealWise Collective.

I didn't build this to sell you a deal. I built it because I know what it feels like to have a high income and still feel financially exposed — and because I believe nobody should have to figure this out alone.

Where Burnett ends and The Collective begins

Burnett Property Group is a member company within The RealWise Collective — not its sales arm.

BPG has been operating since 2008 with a portfolio in excess of $5M, including long-term rentals, short-term rental properties with Superhost status, and strategic real estate investments.

Within the Collective, BPG earns GP (General Partner) economics only. There are no placement fees, referral fees, or pay-to-play arrangements. Ever.

This is how we keep the incentives clean: BPG does well when investors do well. Full stop.

    Judgment Is the Product

The primary value of The RealWise Collective is decision quality, not deal flow.

    The Decision Doctrine

Every interaction inside The Collective must answer three questions:

    Is this aligned with readiness?

    Does this preserve trust?

    Does this improve judgment?

If the answer to any of these is no, we do not proceed.
